PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING:
The Lubelskie Voivodeship processes your personal data for the proper functioning of the website, which is used to inform about activities carried out or supported by the Administrator and partners as part of the Economic Network of the Three Seas Regions and the promotion of the Lublin Province and the Economic Network of the Three Seas Regions, to analyse network traffic, ensure security in as part of the Website and adapting the content to the needs of users.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING:
Your data is processed on the following legal basis: Article 6 (1) (e) – GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority by the administrator in connection with:
- Article 41(2)(5) of the Act of June 5, 1998 on provincial self-government;
- Resolution No. XIV/237/2020 of the Sejmik of the Lubelskie Voivodeship of February 24, 2020 regarding the Lublin Declaration on the establishment of the Economic Network of the Three Seas Regions;
- Resolution No. XXII/358/2020 of the Lubelskie Voivodeship Parliament of 21 December 2020 on adopting “Lubelskie Voivodeship’s International Cooperation Priorities”;
- Agreement dated June 8, 2022 between the Administrator and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Your personal data will be received by persons authorised by the data controller and third-party providers of support and maintenance services.
PROCESSING PERIOD:
Data related to analyse network traffic collected via cookies may be stored until the cookie file expires.
