Other information
Architectural accessibility
You can reach the Marshal’s Office of the Lubelskie Voivodeship in Lublin by public transport. There are nearby stops at the intersection of Lipowa, Krakowskie Przedmieście and Aleje Racławickie streets.
To reach the office, head towards Teatralny Square, where the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures is located.
Main Entrance
The main entrance to the office building is from ul. Grottgera 4. The side entrance is located on the right side of the building from ul. Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej.
The main entrance is through a large glass door. On the right side, in front of the entrance to the building, there is an intercom that allows you to call the porter.
The communication spaces of the building are free from horizontal and vertical barriers (horizontal communication – corridors on one level, vertical communication – elevators).
The Office provides information on the layout of the rooms of individual departments:
• visually – information board located on the right side of the main entrance;
• audibly – information received in the General Chancellery (customer service point), in the porter’s lodge and using the TOTUPOINT navigation system.
General Office and Concierge Desk
Head to the General Office after walking about 5 metres, walking straight ahead from the main entrance, and then turning right. At the General Office you will find out where you will get your case.
The gatehouse is located to the left of the main entrance.
Lifts
There are four lifts opposite the main entrance, as well as one lift to the right, after passing the main hall behind glass, marked doors, and one lift to the left, after passing the main hall behind glass, marked doors. The lifts are equipped with buttons marked in Braille. The zero level button (where the main entrance is located) is highlighted with a reflective ring. The lifts are equipped with a sound system informing about the floor number. There are staircases by the side lifts, which can be used to access the individual floors of the office. The beginning and end of the flight of stairs are marked with tape.
Toilets
There are 2 toilets for people with disabilities on each floor, located on the right and left sides of the building.
Parking space for a person with disabilities
A parking space for a person with disabilities is designated on level – 1 (minus one) of the garage, the entrance to which is located on the left side of the main entrance to the building at ul. Grottgera 4. After entering the parking lot, press the button to call the porter. We encourage a person with disabilities who wants to use a parking space to inform the office of their visit at tel. no. 814416500 at least one day in advance.
There are marked parking spaces for people with disabilities on the streets and public underground car parks near the office.

Communication and information accessibility
In order to use the assistance of a PJM, SJM, SKOGN sign language interpreter when dealing with matters in the Marshal’s Office of the Lubelskie Voivodeship in Lublin and in the Office’s branches in Biała Podlaska, Chełm and Zamość, please:

Persons interested in the assistance of an interpreter should indicate their wish to make use of the service, indicating their chosen method of communication as specified above, at least 3 working days before the event, excluding emergencies. Earlier indication will facilitate and expedite the handling of the case.
The Office provides the possibility to use a portable induction loop.
In the building of the Office’s headquarters at street Grottgera 4 and in front of the entrance, a system has been installed to aid spatial orientation and increase the level of safety for people with disabilities, particularly visually impaired persons, TOTUPOINT.
It is possible to enter the buildings and all premises with an assistance dog and a guide dog.
The website contains information about the scope of the office’s activities prepared in Polish Sign Language, together with a file containing machine-readable text and in easy-to-read ETR.
